The Mess and the Magic is the indie recording project of Drummer, Songwriter, Music Producer and Composer Mark Sparling. His first album "An Abundance of Caution" will drop in late fall 2021 with two singles released now on all major streaming/download platforms including Spotify, iTunes, Amazon Music and so on...
The music features Mark playing the majority of the instruments, producing, recording and mixing the tracks out of his home studio.
Born and raised in Scituate, Rhode Island and a graduate of Berklee College of Music he currently resides in Los Angeles.
In addition to his solo work Mark is the drummer in the LA-based Rush Tribute band
